Multilayer Printed Circuit Boards from China - Reliable Suppliers & Factory for Quality PCBs

Introducing our high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) manufactured in China. Our multilayer PCBs are designed for advanced electrical applications, featuring more than two layers of insulating substrates that house intricate wiring and solder pads for efficient electronic component assembly. These multilayer boards are expertly crafted to ensure both circuit connectivity and electrical insulation across multiple layers.

As a trusted supplier and factory of multilayer printed circuit boards, we offer various configurations, including designs with one double-sided inner layer and two single-sided outer layers, or two double-sided inner layers coupled with two single-sided outer layers. Each PCB is meticulously interconnected using conductive patterns, aligning with your specific design requirements. Choose our multilayer PCBs for reliable performance and superior quality in your electrical products.

    Characteristics of PCB Multilayer Board

The biggest difference between a multi layer PCB board and a single or double panel is the addition of an internal power layer (maintaining the internal power layer) and a grounding layer. The power and ground network are mainly wired on the power layer. However, multi-layer board wiring is mainly based on the top and bottom layers, supplemented by the middle wiring layer. Therefore, the design method of multi-layer boards is basically the same as that of double-sided boards, and the key lies in how to optimize the wiring of the internal electrical layer to make the wiring of the circuit board more reasonable and have better electromagnetic compatibility.

The difference between a double-sided PCB board and a single-sided PCB board is that the single panel circuit is only on one side of the PCB board, while the circuit of a double-sided PCB board can be connected between the two sides of the PCB board with a through hole in the middle.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a PCB Multilayer Board?
A PCB multilayer board is a printed circuit board that consists of three or more conductive copper foil layers laminated and bonded together with insulating layers (prepreg and core) in between. It allows for higher component density and more complex circuitry.
What are the primary advantages of using multilayer PCBs?
Multilayer PCBs offer higher assembly density, smaller size, and lighter weight. They also provide better electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), reduced shielding requirements, and simplified wiring due to dedicated internal power and grounding layers.
What is the typical thickness and layer count for multilayer PCBs?
Standard multilayer PCBs range from 4 to 22 layers, with advanced options reaching up to 30 layers and prototypes up to 40 layers. The board thickness typically ranges from 0.40mm to 7.0mm depending on application specifications.
What surface finishes are recommended for multilayer boards?
Common surface finishes include HASL (with lead or lead-free), OSP, ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver, and Electrolytic Gold. The choice depends on the assembly process, shelf life requirements, and budget.
How does the wiring differ between multilayer and double-sided boards?
While double-sided boards route signals on both outer surfaces, multilayer boards utilize internal power and ground planes for routing power distribution. Signal routing is mainly handled on the top and bottom layers, supplemented by internal signal layers, which dramatically reduces cross-talk and electromagnetic interference.
